Zoran Jordanoski is a Senior Research Analyst at the United Nations University (UNU-EGOV) since 2018.
He focuses on conducting an extensive policy analysis of global ICT issues, incl. legal and regulatory issues, privacy and data protection issues, eGovernment implementation, measurement indices (EGDI, EPI, GTMI, LOSI, DESI, etc.), public sector efficiency, innovation and digital participation.
Zoran has worked on several international assignments on comparative performance management of the digital transformation of public service delivery ecosystems, strategic development, and digitisation-ready legislation, primarily focusing on the EU, GCC countries, Eastern Africa, Western Balkan and Eastern Partnership countries, plus Australia, Denmark and South Korea. His work also includes regulatory and legal frameworks to facilitate the digital transformation of the public sector service production and delivery ecosystems for improved productivity and service quality through the integrated administrative process and optimised personalised user journeys and experiences.
Previously, he worked for the Macedonian government for more than ten years, focused on legal and regulatory issues in public administration reforms, regulatory impact assessments, administrative burden reduction, data protection, and digitisation. He holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Ss Cyril and Methodius in North Macedonia.
