    Biographical Statement

    João Marco Silva is a Visiting Fellow at UNU-EGOV and an Assistant Researcher at INESC TEC – Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology and Science. His research interests include Computer Network Management and Monitoring, Traffic Modeling, Cassification and Characterization, and Information Security. He is also an Invited Assistant Lecturer at the University of Minho, where since 2014 he has been teaching graduation and master-level courses on Computer Networks and Information Security. At UNU-EGOV he integrates the research line on Digital Certification and Preservation of Digital Memory, mainly in the field of information security in public services.
