The Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV2017) are now available in the Digital Library of ACM Press. Edited by Rehema Baguma, Rahul De’ and Tomasz Janowski (Programme Committee Chairs), the 628 page-long proceedings comprise a record-breaking number of 117 papers written by more than 265 authors!

ICEGOV2017 took place in New Delhi, India, between 7 and 9 March 2017. The conference was held under the high patronage of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, and it was co-organized by Digital India: National e-Governance Division (NeGD), part of MeitY, and the United Nations University Operating Unit on Policy-Driven Electronic Governance (UNU-EGOV), the latter also serving as the ICEGOV Series Organizer. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) acted as a collaborator.
