The preparation of the 11th edition of the International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV2018) is officially underway after a 3-day visit of a delegation from Ireland to UNU-EGOV. Adegboyega Ojo and Lukasz Porwol, both from the INSIGHT Centre for Data Analytics, part of the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG), the host and local organizer of ICEGOV2018, were in Guimarães for several meetings and to get to know the UNU-EGOV team.

ICEGOV2018 will take place in Galway, Ireland, between 4-6 April 2018. More news about the conference will be shared soon through Facebook, Twitter, and the official conference website. The Call for Papers is expected to be released by end of June with the conference theme, submission tracks and other useful information. Stay tuned!
